The 4th Annual Greenville Newcomers Challenge (GNC), offers yet another opportunity for new dancers to step out onto the dance floor. NEW THIS YEAR, GNC presents 2 competitions in 1 weekend! Join us Friday, August 17 for the ALL NEW RSF International Challenge, featuring Pro/Am Superstars International Standard and International Latin Scholarships AND the RSF Professional American Style Showdown on Friday night!

Saturday supplies ALL-AMERICAN Pro/Am competition, sanctioned by the NDCA. Pro/Am Superstars shine on Saturday night in the American Rhythm & Smooth Pro-Am Superstars Scholarships! After dancing during the day, newcomer students will see some of the top Pro-Am couples in the country battle it out for a spot in the Superstars Invitational at the Grand Finale of the Rising Star Newcomers Circuit to be held in Atlanta in October 2012. With the 2 competitions, Superstars Scholarships at night, RSF Professional divisions and world-class workshops offered on Sunday, this event presents a fun-filled weekend of dance you won’t want to miss!
 
Launched by Eddie Ares, the Rising Star Circuit competitions are one- and two-day events designed to level the playing field and offer a friendly, socially orientated atmosphere to encourage dancers new to competing to have the confidence to get out on the floor and show their skills.  In addition to the competition circuit series, check out the RSF Pro/Am Voice Newsletter for all the latest news and updates about the Circuit and the Rising Star Friendly Club (RSF Pro/Am Club) to see how you can easily earn free entries at every Rising Star event!
